Where the mind goes, energy flows.Working on over all mindset toward my self, "work," money, men, sex, life, connections, intimacy, meaning, and purpose.

Developing self trust, building internal self worth, and caring for mental health struggle is beyond important.The mind is powerful and with trust and belief, I have full faith that life will support us in just the way we need.

The mind needs nurturing and presence, something I simply couldn't fully give to myself while escorting. I justified and talked my self out of shame constantly, but there remained a mental agitation, depression, and dissociation - that called for change.

Relationship with the body can get lost in the dynamics of SW work and the like. I believe the body is the vessel of our inner most real self, and that it is worthy of respect and care.

When it's put through situations that cause fight or flight response, dissociation, or significant energetic fatigue/boundary crossing - It needs patience and healing. Energy of trauma can get stuck in the body without us directly realizing. Often chronic UTI's or pelvic dysfunction is a body's way of saying "I need special attention.

"Over time, as the self acceptance and compassion is practiced; the body feels safe and cared for. Sexuality, I believe is sacred and, explored in intimacy, desire, non-transactional settings when it feels good for both parties - has potential to be truly life changing.  

The inner most real, genuine, authentic truth within us simply just "knows" better than our minds can. Being attuned to our intuition, signals, feelings, and creativity leads to a life lived fully and freely.

If being in SX work has taken us further away from this sacred self-connection, heart, there can be pain - That is also just a signal of "I need special attention."I believe souls can never be damaged or lost, perhaps lost contact with.

We know what's best for us somewhere deep, deep down. Which is why I came to a place I had to listen to my inner self, and quit adult industry work, because it was simply disconnecting me from my soul, which is the most important asset I will ever have.
